Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on September 10, 2021, alleging concerns of care and supervision.
The allegations included the following details:

Care and supervision – Inappropriate guidance with restraint

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews, an inspection of the physical facility, and documentation.

The following contraventions were substantiated:

Observation: Licensee confirmed the incident as alleged and that the guidance stragegy is used regularly.
