| Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on January 28, 2022, alleging concerns regarding care and supervision. The allegations included the following details: - Inadequate staffing All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received through interviews and a review of relevant records. Licensing determined the following contraventions: Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR): - Section 34 (2)(b) Groups sizes and employee to children ratios - Section 39 (1) Continuous supervision required - Section 57(2)(c) Records for each child |
