| Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on February 14, 2022, alleging concerns regarding Staffing, Care and Supervision, Nutrition and Food and Policies and Procedures. The allegations included the following details: - Inadequate staffing and supervision - Information not available to parent on the food and drink given to children - Staff not following facility's nutrition policy All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received through interviews and a review of relevant records. Licensing determined the following contraventions: Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR): - Section 45(b) Transportation - Section 48(6) Nutrition - Section 56(2) Community care facility records and policies |
