Licensing received a complaint on June 14, 2021, regarding care and supervision. The following concern was alleged: -A staff was observed holding a crying child on the ground and yelling at them. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected through interviews and a review of records. Licensing determined the following contraventions: -Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 19(3) Character and skill requirements -Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 52(1)(b)(c) Harmful actions not permitted -Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 58(2) Care plans |
