Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing (CCFL) received a complaint on March 2, 2022 alleging concerns regarding Care and Supervision.

The allegations included the following details:

- Insufficient staff to child ratios in the infant toddler program.

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from an inspection, documentation and interviews.

The following contravention was substantiated:
- Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) 34(2)(b) Group sizes and employee to children ratios
