| Community Care Facilities Licensing (CCFL) received a complaint on March 2, 2022 alleging concerns regarding Care and Supervision. The allegations included the following details: - Insufficient staff to child ratios in the infant toddler program. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from an inspection, documentation and interviews.
