Report of Findings
Licensing received a complaint on April 12, 2022 regarding Physical Facility, Equipment, and Furnishings. The following concerns were alleged.
- Inadequate sleeping equipment for infants
- Sleeping equipment used for infants and toddlers in disrepair

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and: inspection of the physical facility.

Licensing determined the following contravention:
- Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 15(1)(a) Furniture, equipment and fixtures
