Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on April 22, 2021 alleging concerns regarding Care and Supervision. The allegations included the following details: - Inadquate care and supervision - Child is not provided with assistance during meal time All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received through interviews and records. Licensing determined the following contraventions: Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR): - Section 56(2)- Community care facility records and policies - Section 55 (2)(a)- Notification of illness or injury |
