Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on May 12, 2022, alleging concerns including the following details:

Care and supervision
- A staff was observed to drag a child from the top of a fence and physically and verbally guide them

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews and documentation.
