Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing (CCFL) received a complaint on September 10, 2021, alleging concerns regarding Care and Supervision.

The allegations included the following details:
- A child was found unsupervised at the playground adjacent to the facility.

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from an inspection of the physical facility and interviews.

The following contraventions were substantiated:
- Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) Section 39(1) Continuous supervision required
- CCLR Section 56 (2) Community care facility records and policies
