At the inspection dated July 12, 2022 there were 15 children, Manager and four staff present. Licensing conducted a walk-through of the entire facility. At this inspection therewere no contraventions identified during this inspection. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.

The inspection report was written on-site and details were reviewed with the Manager prior to writing the report. A copy of the routine inspection report and risk assessment was provided to the manager at this inspection.
