Report of Findings
On July 23, 2020, Licensing received a concern regarding Care and Supervision. The complainant provided the following details:

Care and Supervision:
- Inappropriate guidance
- Staff use iPads and are not supervising or attending to children’s needs outdoors

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews. Licensing determined the following contravention:
- Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) section 51(1)(a) Behavioural Guidance
