| On April 6, 2022, CCFL received a complaint regarding staffing, care and supervision, hygiene and communicable disease control, and program. The following details were provided: - employees do not know how to care for a child who requires extra support - an employee said inappropriate things to children - a child was not changed after an accident - inadequate programming All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation review. CCFL determined a contravention to section 19(2)(b) (Character & skill requirements) of the Child Care Licensing Regulation. |
