| Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on May 3, 2022, regarding concerns relating to the following: Care and supervision - Inappropriate guidance practices are used to discipline children's behaviour Records - Care plans are not shared with staff - A child requiring a care plan does not have one Staffing - Staff caring for children with additional needs are not appropriately qualified. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews and documentation.
