Licensing received a complaint on December 21, 2021, regarding care and supervision. The following concerns were alleged: -An unsupervised child was injured by another child and did not receive first aid. -A child's care plan is not being followed. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected through interviews and a review of documentation. Licensing determined the following contravention: -Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 56(1)(f) Community care facility records and policies. |
