Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing (CCFL) received a complaint on December 14, 2023 regarding Care and Supervision.

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected through interviews, observations and a review of documentation.

Licensing confirmed that staff failed to immediately notify a parent of a child's injury.  

A contravention to section 55(1)(b) of the Child Care Licensing Regulation (Notification of Illness or Injury) was determined.
