| On March 6, 2021, Licensing received a concern regarding Care and Supervision, Staffing, and Records and Reporting. The complainant provided the following details: Care and Supervision: - Insufficent supervision Licensing: - Payment records were not provided to parents - Insuffiicent and inappropriate communication regarding the children's day - Policies not being followed regarding emergency response Physical facility: - Front door broken providing access to facility All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews. Licensing determined the following contravention: - Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) Care Plans section 58(2) The Licensee must (a) develop the care plan in consultation. |
