Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing (CCFL) received a complaint on November 23, 2023 regarding care and supervision, hygiene and communicable disease control, and policies and procedures.
  
All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews and documentation. 
 
The Licensing has confirmed that a child was in soiled pants from naptime to pick-up time.
 
The following contraventions to the Child Care Licensing Regulation was determined:
- 46(1)(a) of the CCLR, Health and hygiene.
