| On August 21st, 2019, Licensing received a complaint alleging concerns related to care and supervision. The allegations included the following details: Care and Supervision: - Personal care needs were not being met. All areas of the complaint were thoroughly investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews, person in care (PIC) records, facility records, staff written statements, and inspection. The following contraventions were determined: -Residential Care Regulation (RCR) – Section 42 (1)(a)(b) Staffing coverage -RCR – Section 61 Self monitoring of community care facility -RCR – Section 85 (1)(d) Policies and Procedures |
