Contraventions identified in the Routine Inspection #NBIH-BDWMLG have been reviewed and all contraventions have been addressed. It was noted that charting for wound care was not being completed in the specific wound care progress notes tab of the computer charting and was being completed in regular charting. This has been addressed.
