| Licensing received a complaint on July 26, 2019 alleging concerns related to care and supervision. The following details were provided: - Instructions documented by the parent on a child's registration form were not followed by the facility. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. The facility manager contacted Licensing and confirmed that this had occurred. Licensing determined the following contravention: -CCALA section 7(1)(b) Standards to be maintained Corrective action plan developed and submitted, no further action required, all contraventions addressed. |
