On November 21, 2019, Licensing received a concern regarding physical facility and care and supervision. The complainant provided the following details: - Facility is operating over maximum capacity on occasion - Staff are unable to provide appropriate and safe care when over capacity - Bathroom appears unclean All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and observations. Licensing determined the following contraventions related to care and supervision: - Child Care Licensing Regulation section 34(2)(a) Group size and employee to children ratios - CCLR section 17 Hazardous objects and substances. - CCLR section 51(1)(a) Behavioural Guidance - CCLR section 57(2)(c) Records for each child |
