Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing (CCFL) received a complaint on August 9, 2022, regarding physical facility, which alleged the following:

· Hazardous materials accessible to the children in the outdoor area

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through inspection of the physical facility.
Licensing determined the following contravention:
-Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 13(1) Environment
-Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 15(1)(b) Furniture, equipment and fixtures
