Report of Findings
On February 5, 2020, Licensing received a complaint alleging concerns related to care and supervision, and physical facility. The allegations included the following details:

Care and Supervision:
- The doctor was not notified regarding the change in a condition of a person in care.

Physical Facility:
- There is a pest issue and cleanliness is a concern for the entire facility.
- Soiled clothing was stored for a person in care.

All areas of the complaint were thoroughly investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews, person in care records, correspondence with the facility, and inspection.

The following contraventions were determined:
- Residential Care Regulation - Section 83 (4) Nutrition Plan.
