Introduction

This is a follow-up inspection completed with the General Manager to the routine inspection report #CRAU - BE7VP7 (completed on July 18, 2019).

Contraventions

Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR #CRAU-BE7VP7 have been corrected.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

All items appear to have been addressed from the routine inspection report. With regards to the tuberculosis clearance for a staff member will be in-place by August 30, 2019 as per the updated action plan to address the items from the routine inspection report. With regards to the performance appraisal for a staff member this is being looked at the head office/Licensee level. Please keep the writer updated as to when this is addressed.
