Licensing received a complaint on June 4, 2019 alleging concerns related to care and supervision. The allegations included the following details: - Inappropriate guidance & discipline strategies - Inappropriate staff interactions -Continuous supervision was not provided All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Licensing conducted interviews and reviewed facility records. Licensing determined the following contraventions: - CCLR Section 52(1) (c)Harmful actions not permitted The Licensee must submit a corrective action plan. Licensing will review the plan and conduct a follow up. |
