Report of Findings
Licensing received a complaint on November 24th, 2022, via Duty Line alleging concerns regarding
Care and Supervision:
-A child walked to school without any adequate supervision.
-A child was left alone sleeping while staff left to pick up children after school.
-Children are left unsupervised in the mornings while the staff helps her own children get ready for school.
-Complainant has observed more than 8 children in care

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interview, text message, attendance records and staff files.

Licensing determined the following contraventions.
-Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) Section 60(3)(a)
-Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) Section 34(2)(a)
