Report of Findings
Licensing received a complaint on October 28, 2021, regarding care and supervision, and physical facility concerns.

The following details were provided:
- A child was isolated from the group
- A child who could feed themselves was being hand fed.


All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and observations.
Licensing determined the following contraventions:
-Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) section 58(2)(a) Care plans
