| Licensing received a complaint on June 7, 2022, regarding care and supervision and policies and procedures. The following details were provided: - Staff to child ratios are not maintained. - Fire extinguishers are not serviced annually. - Staff are not trained in the emergency drill. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and observations.
