| Licensing received a complaint on April 27, 2022 and May 02, 2022 regarding care and supervision. The following details were provided: - Staff to child ratios are not being followed. - Staff qualifications are not followed according to Schedule E. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and observations. Licensing determined the following contraventions: Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) section 11 (4) Posting and advertising of licence and certificates. - CCLR section 19 (4) (a) Character and skill requirement. - CCLR section 34 (2) (a) Group sizes and employee to children ratios. - CCLR section 34 (2) (b) Group sizes and employee to children ratios. |
