| Licensing received a complaint on February 2, 2022, and additional information Feb 3 and 7th, regarding Care and Supervision and Health and Hygiene. The following details were provided: - Inappropriate staff to child ratios with qualifications and numbers - Child brought to the wrong parent - Cleaning procedures not followed All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and observations.
