Report of Findings
Licensing received a complaint on January 12, 2022, regarding staffing and care and supervision.

The following details were provided:
- Staff to child ratio not met
- Staff are not trained on policies
- Fire drills are not completed monthly
- Children are not supervised at all times
- Lights are not provided in one classroom during lunch

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and observations.
Licensing determined the following contraventions:
- Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) section 34(2)(b) Group sizes and employee to child ratio
