Report of Findings
On December 6, 2019, and December 10, 2019 Licensing recieved concerns regarding care and supervision, health and hygiene, programming, and physical facility.

The complainants provided the following details:
- there is inadequate supervison and guidance
- there are inadequate hygeine practices
- there is insuffient programming in place
- there is excessive clutter

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through a facility inspection and a discussion with the Licensee.

Licensing detmined the following contravention:
- Child Care Licensing Regulation section 46(1) Health and hygiene

Licensing also received a complaint on December 18th, 2019, regarding similar concerns that were identified on December 6th, 2019, and December 10th, 2019, in addition to concerns regarding illnesses. Licensing had a follow up conversation with the Licensee regarding these concerns.

Observation: The children did not wash their hands prior to eating lunch.
