Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing (CCFL) received a complaint on December 17, 2019, alleging concerns related to care and supervision.

The following details were provided:
- Inappropriate guidance strategies were used
- Age and developmentally appropriate programming is not implemented.

Observation: Licensing determined that age and developmentally appropriate programming, as outlined in Schedule G of the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR), to support the individual needs of children are not met.
