| Licensing received a complaint on October 30, 2023 regarding Care and Supervision. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was gathered through interviews, on-site inspection, and a review of documentation. Licensing confirmed that a staff used inappropriate behaviour guidance practices when she pulled on children’s arms and yelled at them. A contravention to section 51(1)(a) of the Child Care Licensing Regulation (Behavioural guidance) was determined. |
