| Licensing received a complaint on July 20,2021 regarding Staffing. The following details was provided: -Concerns that an ITE staff is not available in one of the Group Child Care (under 36 months) All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected through interviews and records. Licensing determined the following contravention: -Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) section 34 (2) (b) Group sizes and employee to children ratios. |
