Introduction
An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All care categories were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
At the inspection dated September 07, 2021 there were 57 children, 13 staff and the Manager present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. No further action is required by the Licensee or the Licensing Officer. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided. This inspection and the risk assessment were written off site and a copy was emailed to the facility
The following education/recommendations were provided:
- A system for recording when references have been checked.
- Manager discussed updating and reviewing care plans.
