Observation: Pool safety plan is inappropriate for this facility. A PSP should contain procedures for emergencies, equipment kept at facility and where, standard operating procedures, cleaning and maintenance procedures, and posted signage.
Corrective Action: Submit a rewritten pool safety plan to the EHO for review and approval.
205  Critical Improper Monitoring of Chemical Paramaters or Safety Tests
Observation: Test kit is being maintained in poor condition. Due to an accumulation of grime, it is not possible to accurately read levels of pool chemicals.
Corrective Action: Purchase a new test kit to accurately measure pool chemical levels.

Observation: Pool alkalinity is not being routinely monitored, as per pool record.
Corrective Action: Test alkalinity at lease once per week.

Observation: Sauna (men's) railing is not securely mounted to the wall. It may detach and lead to severe burns, should a patron come in contact with the sauna element.
Corrective Action: Repair this railing to prevent accidental injury.
