This facility is currently under a Boil Water Notice

	Underlying Problems: The UV disinfection system was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. Water system has a surface water source, with the UV as the primary disinfectant.
	Steps Taken to Remedy: After inspection of treatment system, verbally issued the Boil Water Notice, as well as provided additional resources to the Operator for how to operate a Food Facility while under a Boil Water Notice.
	Corrective Actions Remaining: - Operator needs to complete any necessary repairs or maintenance to the treatment components. - At least two satisfactory samples, taken more than 24 hours apart, needs to be provided to Northern Health. - Operator will need to provide public notice to all appropriate parties of the Boil Water Notice, as well as place signs on all publicly accessible taps.
