Report of Findings
Licensing received a complaint on June 20, 2023, alleging concerns related to care & supervision and physical facility, equipment, and furnishing.

The following details were provided:
- Children are sharing a bathroom with another program that includes adults
- Children are able to see drug use through the daycare window
- Children were relocated to another location due to certain individuals observed in other program
- Drug paraphernalia and alcohol bottle found in outdoor play area

All areas of the complaint were fullly investigated. Evidence was collected through interviews, observations and records.
Licensing determined the following contravention:
- Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) section 17 Hazardous objects and substances.
