Licensing received a complaint on July 25, 2023 regarding care and supervision, and nutrition. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Licensing gathered and reviewed facility records. Licensing confirmed that staff failed to notify a person in care's (PIC) representative of a skin tear to the PIC. A contravention to section 76(1) of the Residential Care Regulation (Notification of illness and injury) was determined. |
