| On August 14, 2020, Licensing received a complaint alleging concerns related to care and supervision. The allegation included the following details: - Staff implemented a strategy not identified in a care plan. All areas of the complaint were thoroughly investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews, person in care records, and correspondence with the facility. The following contraventions were determined: - Residential Care Regulation (RCR) - Section 81 (4)(b)(i) Care plan needed if more than 30 day stay. - RCR - Section 82 Implementation of care plans. |
