Report of Findings
On October 26, 2020, Licensing received a complaint alleging concerns related to care and supervision. The allegation included the following details:

- Management was not addressing complaints regarding staff

All areas of the complaint were thoroughly investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews, and correspondence with the facility.

The following contraventions were determined:
- Residential Care Regulation (RCR) Section 40 (3) – Continuing monitoring of employees,
- RCR Section 82 – Implementation of care plans, and
- RCR Section 85 (1)(d) – Policies and Procedures
