Report of Findings
On April 22, 2021 Licensing received a concern regarding care and supervision. The complainant provided the following details:

Care and Supervision:
- Concerns with toileting practices and procedures

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through facility documents and interviews.

Licensing determined the following contravention:
- Community Care and Assisted Living Act: Standard to be Maintained Section 7(1)(b)(i)
