Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing (CCFL) received a complaint on March 10, 2023, regarding Care and Supervision alleged.
· A child was taken off site on March 10, 2023 and the family was not notified

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews, inspection of the physical facility and review of documentation.
Licensing determined the following contravention:

-Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 46(1) Health and hygiene
-Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 17 Care and Supervision
-Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 19(1)(b) Staffing
-Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 19(1)(c) Staffing
-Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 20(1) Records and Reporting
