| Community Care Facilities Licensing (CCFL) received a complaint on March 10, 2023, regarding Care and Supervision alleged. · A child was taken off site on March 10, 2023 and the family was not notified All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews, inspection of the physical facility and review of documentation.
