Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing (CCFL) received a complaint on December 4, 2023 regarding Physical Facility, Equipment and Furnishings, Care and Supervision, Health and Hygiene and Nutrition

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and a review of documentation.

The Licensing confirmed the following:
- Staff did not maintain a regular cleaning schedule, which included not cleaning items after they became soiled and not keeping the diaper mat separate from the children's play area.
- Staff did not engage children in a full program of activities.

Therefore the following contraventions of Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) were determined:
- Section 44(1)(c) - Program of Activities.
- Section 46(1) - Health and hygiene.
