Report of Findings
On March 1, 2022, Licensing received a complaint alleging concerns with policies and procedures.

The complainant provided the following details:
- Facility not following policy regarding COVID-19 swab testing for residents who are symptomatic.

All areas of the complaint were thoroughly investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews, correspondence with the facility, and inspection.
