| Community Care Facilities Licensing received a complaint on Februrary 21, 2024, regarding care and supervision and staffing. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was gathered and reviewed through interviews and an on-site inspection. Licensing confirmed that a staff member did not have a criminal record check obtained. Therefore, the following contravention to the Child Care Licensing Regulation was determined: Section 19(1)(a), Character and skill requirements. |
