Report of Findings
On August 11, 2022, Licensing received a complaint regarding staffing and care and supervision at the facility. The complainant provided the following details:

- For a duration of four months, two staff were providing care to 25 children.
-Unqualified staff were providing break coverage during lunch time

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and reviewing evidence.
Licensing determined the following contraventions related to care and supervision and staffing
- CCLR section 19 (4) (b) Character and skill requirements
- CCLR section 34 (1) Supervision of Children

The Licensee is required to submit a corrective action plan. Licensing will review the corrective action plan.

Observation: There was no evidence of diplomas or certificates documenting the required 20 hours of education and training qualifications for a responsible adult required under Division 2 [Employee Qualifications] in the staff record.
