Licensing received a complaint on October 19, 2021, regarding care and supervision, policies and procedures, Licensing, and physical facility concerns. The following details were provided: - Inappropriate guidance practices - Staff to child ratio not met - Staff are not trained - Policies and Procedures are not being followed - Two different Licenses posted - Cleaning is not completed All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and observations. Licensing determined the following contraventions: - Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) section 13(3) Environment - CCLR section 19(1)(d) Character and skill requirements - CCLR section 34(2)(b) Group sizes and employee to child ratio - CCLR section 59(a) Records must be available |
