Licensing received a complaint on August 31, 2021, regarding Nutition, Care and Supervision, and Physical Facility. The following details were provided: Nutition - Children are provided inappropriate food - Child's limch was withheld as a form of punishment Care and Supervision - A child received inappropriate behavioural guidance the Licensee Physical Facility - The garbage can is not changed freqeuently - Flies have been seen in the facility All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and observations. Licensing determined the following contravention: - Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) section 51(1)(a) Behavioural Guidance |
